Burgess own and run the Village Cafe in Taos. They
specialize in home style dinning with a emphasis on freshly prepared
food. All breads, desserts, soups are prepared in house. All
meats are cut on site and seasoned with freshly prepared spices.
Rick serves a lunch and two dinner specials each
day. There is a breakfast buffet on Sunday. Bethany is ready to start seasonal baking and will take special
orders for baked items. Wine and beer are available. I requested the owners to pose for a
picture, but Bethany wished to create some mystery about her and
Rick. So if you want to see the owners, they ask you pay a visit to
the Village Cafe. |
