  TOURNAMENT RULES

 
(1) United States Bowling Congress (USBC) Rules and Regulations will govern the tournament.
(2) All participants are required to be a member in good standings of the USBC and to have in their possession a current USBC membership card.
(3) Handicap 75% of 210. Use the highest adult USBC sanctioned average of at least 21 games or more for the 2006-2007 season. Those who don’t have a 2006-2007 average will use the highest Adult USBC average of 21 games or more. Those without an average through USBC will be Scratch.
(4) USBC Rule 319-A-B-C-E (excluding 319-A-2) applies to all bowlers. Failure to comply shall cause forfeiture of all entry fee, scores, and prize money, if the average is higher than the one submitted on entry form.
(5) There will be one cash prize awarded for every 5 entries.
(6) All averages must be certified by your association’s 2006-2007 final average book.
(7) In the event of ties, the prize money for the positions affected will be equally divided. In the event of a first place tie, the above procedure will be followed.
(8) In case of mechanical failure, contestants may be moved to the next available pair of lanes
(9) Offensive language or destruction of bowling alley equipment will not be tolerated. Tournament officials can disqualify any bowler for either reason.
(10) Tournament of Champions will be the top 32 bowlers based on point system. Ties will be determined on bowled the most games in the tournaments. The tournament of Champions will bowl 3games and then seed for the Double Elimination Tournament.
(11) Point System is as follows: 1st place 10pts, 2nd place, 3rd place 8pts, 4th place 7pts, 5th place 6pts, 6th place 5 pts, 7th place 4pts, 8th place 3pts, 9th place 2 pts, and 10th place 1pt
