A 1952 White tractor and a 1951 Fruehauf tanker belongs to the Jeff City Oil Company. In a telephone conversation with Tom Kolb of JC Oil, the tractor is a six-cylinder gas engine and the tanker has a 4000-gallon capacity. The tanker until two years ago was in service. The tractor has been mistaken for a truck that Tom's grandfather drove but actually was bought at auction. Tom describes the restoration as a labor of love. The toughest restoration was to find artwork to duplicate the Conoco Wrangler logo on the tanker. Truck is used for parades and grand openings.
